Dental wear

Dental wear can be caused by a wide variety of reasons such as bruxism, which is clenching or grinding of the teeth; frequent intake of acidic or carbonated substances; and/or aggressive brushing.

Before and after tooth wear

Our clinical case is a 56-year-old patient with severe wear of the teeth due to the habit of bruxism or "dental grinding". The placement of ceramic or porcelain veneers allowed to recover the appearance and the original color of the worn teeth.
