Dental wear

Dental wear can be caused by a wide variety of reasons such as bruxism, which is clenching or grinding of the teeth; frequent intake of acidic or carbonated substances; and/or aggressive brushing.

The recovery of dental shape and anatomy occurs through the placement of ceramic veneers or crowns and is one of the most frequent aesthetic dental treatments. Dental veneers that are adhered to the dental surface using minimally invasive techniques and allow for dental reconstruction.

Our clinical case is a 56-year-old patient with severe wear of the teeth due to the habit of bruxism or "dental grinding".
