Fixed teeth in one day in boneless jaws

The long waiting times to place fixed teeth on dental implants is one of the most frequent reasons for frustration in patients without dental pieces.
Dentistry currently has multiple techniques to place fixed teeth in just 24 hours: short implants, zygoma implants, angled implants and pterygomaxillary implants.

Before and after treatment

We found a 58-year-old patient with missing teeth in the posterior and anterior sectors of the upper jaw. The placement, in the same surgical act, of dental implants is planned. At 6 hours the patient is given provisional fixed teeth with which he can chew and regain his self-esteem. The final photograph shows the naturalness and design of the final fixed prosthesis.

We encountered a 58-year-old patient with missing teeth in the posterior sectors and severely mobile anterior teeth. The extraction of the “useless” teeth and the placement of dental implants in the same operative act are planned. After 24 hours, the patient is given temporary fixed teeth with which he/she can chew and recover his/her self-esteem. The final photograph shows the naturalness and design of the final fixed prosthesis.
